The knowledge base for how we run projects — the fractal plan/work/review lifecycle and the accumulating checklists & playbooks that guide correct operation. This tab tracks the design state; it is not yet live machinery.
All Jarvis systems should be built like a pilot's pre-flight checklist: a consistent, structured, always-run-in-order sequence of general rules that lead to correct operations and decisions, distilled from accumulated knowledge, learning, and wisdom. A checklist makes the right thing happen by default — not by memory, mood, or luck. Folding each project's lessons back into the checklists is the mechanism of our ongoing improvement.
